Passions

 

    

Everyone has something that they are passionate about and it can be literally anything. For example one of my passions is reading. Reading for me is something I do for fun plus its relaxing for me. Being able to disappear into a good book is an amazing feeling for me and I'm able to actually imagine what is happening in the book I'm reading. A lot of people ask me why I love to read and my answer is that is that its enjoyable to me. Reading is one of my passions and I won't change that for anything. Your passions can be varied from video games, fashion, writing, drawing, etc and all those are completely valid. No matter what your passions are (if they are safe things lol) continue doing them because you like those things and that is what matters. They're going to be people who won't like what you love to do, but ignore those type of people because you shouldn't let other people ruin your happiness.

If you don't know what a passion of yours is that's okay. You will figure it out when you get started with a hobby and you start to really like it then there you go. That could be considered a passion and you should continue to do it. If you like to do something don't stop just because there might be a person who is trying to tell you that its dumb or stupid or just stop altogether because there will always be able who either disagree with what you are doing or will try to stop you from doing it. The important thing is that you like it and nobody else. Don't let peer pressure dictate what you like doing because you're going to ultimately regret it. Continue doing what you love to do and stay strong while you do it.
