This is true because you are always going to have someone on your side. I know it will probably won't feel like that is the case. There will be one person who will care about you no matter what and they won't abandon you when things are going wrong. Plus there is always God who will also stay by you through whatever you are doing through.
You will never be alone through life and it's important that you know and believe that. If you know that you are not completely alone things might be a tad easier and that is a very important thing. You will be able to get through anything if you stay strong and you don't give up. If there is a friend or an adult who has been there for you through thick and thin you should go to that person, so they can help the best they can. Even if it's just listening to you explain/rant about whatever is going on is enough. Keep your head up and stay strong. You got this.
